JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a project manager, your main task will be to represent Strängnäs Municipality in the regional collaboration regarding Close Care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and driving initiatives that strengthen our ability to meet residents' needs for care closer to home.
- Promoting person-centered care and strengthening preventive approaches.
- Supporting and coordinating change efforts within the municipality to ensure that our initiatives align with the goals of the transition.
- Contributing to consensus and collaboration between the municipality and regional health care as a coordinator.
- Drafting and developing a Future Development Program for care and health in collaboration with all relevant areas.
- Combined with tasks that also strengthen the common elements included in the implementation of the new Social Services Act.
- Delivering lectures/workshops related to the assignment.
For a period, the role will also include a task related to the implementation of Cosmic Link (communication tool).
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
- a university degree in the field, such as a social worker, licensed nurse, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist.
- current experience in care and health services, and authority operations.
- experience working with issues related to the transition to Close Care.
- excellent ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish.
Experience in governance and collaboration within municipal or regional operations is considered an asset. Additionally, experience in driving development issues is also advantageous.

You understand the importance of building good relationships and collaborate well with various actors and stakeholders. You are a confident and communicative leader with an unpretentious and flexible approach who also takes great responsibility for your daily work. You have a good ability to structure, plan, prioritize, and deliver with high quality.
