We are looking for you who want to work as a Customer Service Representative at the warehouse in Strängnäs!

The work will include: • Responding to phone and email communication from our customers (including support cases from store and/or e-commerce customers as well as UPK:ers and other similar inquiries) • Informing customers (external and internal) about any disruptions with orders/deliveries/payments • Investigating discrepancies regarding any disruptions with orders/deliveries/payments • Order and return management • Performing tasks related to the company's customs handling • Carrying out all other associated tasks, e.g., keeping statistics on quality parameters such as UPK:ers/discrepancies • Supporting the rest of the organization with applicable activities • Complying with and updating instructions and routines

We would like you to be: outgoing and have a great interest and ability to provide service. You should be flexible, attentive to the organization and colleagues, and have the ability to prioritize depending on the work situation.

  • Have at least a high school diploma
  • Experience in similar work previously (possibly warehouse experience as well)
  • Good knowledge of Swedish as well as English
  • Computer skills

This position runs from 9/6 - 1/8

Monday-Friday daytime.
