E-commerce Coordinator at the Procurement Unit in Nyköping

The Procurement Unit in Nyköping is an exciting and dynamic workplace with new challenges every day. The municipality's procurement volume exceeds 2 billion for operations and investments. The unit currently consists of six people in the roles of Category Responsible Buyers and Purchasing Controllers. In the municipality's divisions, there are additional functionally linked resources in the form of purchasing coordinators who work closely with the Procurement Unit.

We are now looking for an E-commerce Coordinator as part of our effort towards a digitized ordering flow with an emphasis on efficiency, security, and quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will ensure the implementation, operation, and maintenance of suppliers, their assortment, price files, product descriptions, product images, etc. Additionally, the job includes acting as first-line support to the businesses and their orderers regarding technical as well as practical problems that arise in the ordering and delivery flow via e-commerce, as well as regarding orders, products, and assortment issues.

You will primarily base your work on strategic decisions within category management regarding which suppliers, contracts, and assortments should be implemented and work on behalf of the head of the Procurement Unit. Furthermore, you will assist in producing reports and statistics in the system upon request and report and monitor price, assortment, and delivery discrepancies in the system. The responsibility includes everything from ensuring ongoing operations and system administration to developing strategies regarding assortment and the development of new services that facilitate the ordering flow for the municipality's operations.

The role is dual, which means that, in addition to the role of E-commerce Coordinator, about 20 - 35% of the position will involve responsibility for the Procurement Unit's record-keeping, disclosure of public documents, sending out contract extensions, managing the unit's functional mailbox, and other additional administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant higher education or vocational training in areas such as systems/technology/law/purchasing or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Documented work experience that the employer assesses to correspond to the desired level of education.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
• Basic understanding of order and delivery flows as well as basic system knowledge of relevant character for the assignment.

It is also highly meritorious if you have:

• Several years of documented verified practical experience in logistics and purchasing flows governed by e-commerce or other purchasing or order systems.
• Experience in handling and administering extensive assortment flows in the form of article, price, and other assortment files such as product specifications, images, or other product and assortment data in business systems.
• Verifiable experience in providing support to ordering parties internally or externally who need professional assistance in solving problems that arise in the ordering flow.
• Experience with tasks related to OSL management.
