Your role in customer support:
In this role, you will work with support and sales for our customer Tele2 Företag. We handle incoming calls from Tele2's corporate customers in areas such as mobile telephony, mobile and fixed broadband. We place great importance on providing professional service to all our customers, whether we are troubleshooting, answering billing questions, or guiding a curious buyer to the mobile subscription that suits them best.
In your role, you strive to provide our customers with a first-class customer experience, among other things by ensuring, through a needs analysis, that the customer has the right service tailored to their needs. To ensure the need, we work with personal upselling to give the customer the right knowledge and the right offers. You will have a lot of responsibility, but you will never be left without support thanks to clear routines and a strong team spirit. The pace here is high – but at Transcom, we work together!
- Position: CSR (Customer Service Representative) Transcom
- Working hours: Scheduled working hours, with opening hours weekdays 07:45-18:15. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Employment rate: 80%
- Collective agreement: Call/Contact Center and Market Research Companies
- Employment form: Permanent employment, probationary period of 6 months
- Start date: May 8, 2025
About you:

Furthermore, you have good patience and are goal-oriented in your work. In addition, we see that you have the following competencies:
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing as most of our customers are Swedish-speaking
- Fluent English in speech and writing to communicate with customers outside the Swedish language
- You must be over 18 years old and hold a high school diploma
- If you have previous experience in sales and/or customer service, we consider this an advantage!
