Procurement Specialist Focused on Purchasing Processes

Your Responsibilities

Our goal is to make our purchasing processes clearer and more governing. We currently have both systems and routines in place, but we now want to take the next step to increase efficiency and profitability for the entire company without losing legal certainty. Therefore, it will be your task to explore what steps we need to take to achieve our goals. This may involve:

• Investigating e-commerce as an enabler.
• Training the organization in routines regarding call-offs from existing contracts.
• Investigating how purchasing should be conducted for the entire company.
• Analyzing our spend data.
• Updating our price lists and coding contracts.

Education and Previous Experience

We want to meet you with a solution-focused mindset, drive, and persistence who enjoys seeing results and progress. You are meticulous and like to work on getting the details in place.

You have:

• A degree in economics from a university or college, or relevant experience that we assess as equivalent.
• Several years of experience in the economic field, such as a controller in purchasing or experience that we assess as equivalent.
