Go through our training program to learn our values and routines. Sell our products and achieve daily budget goals. Be responsible for training and coaching two new salespeople to reach their goals in the field. Drive sales and develop your team through motivation and leadership.

The training period lasts between 40-60 days depending on how quickly you meet the criteria. Once you have completed all the steps, you will be certified as a Team Leader and have the opportunity to grow further within the company.

Has experience in field sales and leadership. Is engaged, goal-oriented, and driven. Has good communication skills and is an inspiring leader. Holds a B driver's license. Speaks fluent Swedish.

Job type: Full-time Salary: Guaranteed salary + commission + weekly bonuses.
