Your Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Support Representative, you will be a key person in providing our customers with the best service and ensuring they receive the help they need. You will answer questions, solve problems, and provide advice in a professional and empathetic manner. You thrive in an environment where every customer contact is unique and where you are driven to create solutions that make everyday life easier for our customers. You will:

• Receive incoming calls and emails to the support department and ensure that cases are handled efficiently.
• Be responsible for complaint cases from start to finish to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Forward calls and cases to the appropriate office or department for further processing and follow-up.
• Handle cases related to ROT assignments for private customers.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoys helping others. You are communicative, have good patience, and can remain calm in stressful situations. You are a team player who can also work independently and have a knack for learning new systems. You are used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously and have a good ability to prioritize.

We would like you to have knowledge of the Consumer Services Act and the Craftsman Form 17 and its application, as this will be an important part of your work when handling complaint cases and customer inquiries. It is a plus if you have previously worked with ROT assignments for private customers.

To summarize, we see that you:

• Have experience working in the craft industry.
• Have experience in customer service. It is an advantage if you have worked in customer service before.
• Have good computer skills and experience using a computer as your primary tool.
• Express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
