Your responsibilities

In the role of customer support representative, you will be a key person in providing our customers with the best service and ensuring they receive the help they need. You will answer questions, solve problems, and provide advice in a professional and empathetic manner. You thrive in an environment where every customer interaction is unique and where you are driven to create solutions that make everyday life easier for our customers. You will:

• Receive incoming calls and emails to the support department and ensure that cases are handled efficiently.
• Be responsible for complaint cases from start to finish, ensuring all customer needs are met.
• Forward calls and cases to the appropriate office or department for further processing and follow-up.
• Handle simpler financial questions.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoys helping others. You are communicative, have good patience, and can remain calm in stressful situations. You are a team player who can also work independently and learn new systems easily. You are used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously and have a good ability to prioritize.

To summarize, we see that you:

• Have experience in customer service. It is a merit if you have previously worked in customer service.
• Have good computer skills and experience working with a computer as your primary tool.
• Express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Have a systematic approach to work and can easily remain calm.
• It is a merit if you have experience from cleaning, moving, or other craft industries.
