We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager who understands the importance of building long-term relationships! You will work closely with our customers and offer the best service concepts in the market to streamline the management of consumables and take Würth to the next level!

What the job entails
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for your own district within the region and work to develop and expand the district for long-term growth. You will conduct customer visits at construction sites and offices, and you should feel comfortable navigating in such environments. The target group and customer segment include both larger and smaller construction companies engaged in everything from new constructions to minor renovation and maintenance work.
The area covers Eskilstuna and its surroundings. You will work from home and conduct customer visits based on the planning that is suitable for the geographical area and meets customer wishes.
- You actively work on acquiring new customers and engage existing customers to achieve growth.
- Based on our multi-channel strategy, you are responsible for the customer regardless of where they choose to shop.
- You act with a high level of service by assessing customer needs and finding solutions to streamline their management of consumables.
- You focus on sales and meet your budget.
- You work proactively and are attentive to capture new business opportunities.
- You conduct practical product demonstrations.
We want you to
- Have high social competence and work to maintain relationships.
- Be goal-oriented, solution-focused, and possess good business acumen.
- Have a structured and organized working style and understand the responsibilities of managing a customer account, including processing, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Master the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
It is an advantage if you have a sales technical education and/or previous practical experience in fields such as the construction industry or workshop technology. It is also meritorious if you have previously worked in B2B field sales, prospecting, and/or have knowledge of our products and their applications.
