Your role in customer support

In your role, you will handle incoming calls from Tele2's private customers. We place great importance on delivering professional service and meeting customer needs. To provide our customers with a first-class experience, we work with needs analysis, which helps us match the right service to the right customer. You will learn more about customer interaction, adapting to the customer, and working with personal sales in the form of upselling!

You will have a lot of responsibility, but you will never be left without support thanks to clear routines, a strong team spirit, and high engagement among both colleagues and leaders – at Transcom, we work together!

  • Position: CSR (Customer Service Representative) Transcom
  • Working hours: Scheduled working hours, with opening hours weekdays 07:45-19:15. Saturdays 08:45-15:15. Sundays closed
  • Training: 100%
  • Employment rate: 80%
  • Collective agreement: Call/Contact Center and Market Research Companies
  • Employment form: Permanent employment, probationary period of 6 months
  • Start date: May 5

About you

We place the greatest emphasis on you and your personality, but to succeed in the role, we also see the following competencies in you:

  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing as most of our customers are Swedish-speaking
  • Fluent English in speech and writing to communicate with customers outside the Swedish language
  • Open-minded and willing to learn
  • Interested in providing good service and sales to customers
  • Work experience from all industries is an advantage but not a requirement
  • You must be over 18 years old and hold a high school diploma

If you have previous experience in sales and/or customer service, we consider this an advantage!
