About Us

Since our inception in 2014, Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, a central part of the leading media group Bonnier News AB, has undergone significant expansion that marks our importance in the industry. We have grown from an office with five employees to nearly 100 sales representatives spread across our offices in Västerås, Norrköping, Örebro, and Eskilstuna. Our vision is to become the leading sales organization within the entire Bonnier Group, and with a total sales target of 145 million in 2024, nothing can stop us!

The Role

As a sales representative at Bonnier, you will work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. You will start your work week with your colleagues at our office in central Eskilstuna. The day begins with a joint kickoff where we review the goals for the week and the day. You will then daily communicate with businesses and individuals in Sweden’s business sector via phone, offering subscriptions to Dagens industri, Dagens nyheter, and event tickets to Bonnier's well-known conferences. Your workday will alternate between sales, coaching sales meetings, personal study of the products you sell, and fun activities and sales competitions. Who Are You?

You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where high tempo, positive energy, and strong collegial collaboration go hand in hand with good sales results. You are a communicative and persuasive telephone salesperson with the ability to express yourself clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Through active listening and understanding of the customer’s needs, you can tailor solutions that truly add value.

As a person, you are goal-oriented and driven, striving not only to meet but also to exceed set targets. Your persistence and work ethic ensure that you always stay focused and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently without giving up. You are meticulous and organized, which means you always deliver quality in your work, and you handle stressful situations calmly and steadily.

Qualifications:

  • Good ability to communicate and engage with customers via phone and email/writing.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in proactive sales is an advantage.
  • Experience in sales within the media industry is an advantage.

Additional Information

This position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period. The salary is based on a guaranteed salary and commission.

You will belong to Bonnier News Inhouse Sales. You will report to the sales manager, and the office is located at Fristadstorget 2 in central Eskilstuna. At Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, you will have access to benefits such as a generous wellness allowance of 3000 SEK, discounts, and additional compensation during parental leave.
