ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer orders from receipt to delivery. You will collaborate with internal departments such as sales, warehousing, and finance to ensure a smooth process and resolve any issues or changes in the orders. You will follow up on payments and invoicing and keep customers informed about the status of their orders. Your work aims to ensure customer satisfaction through effective management and continuous improvement of internal processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Provide internal customer support and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Manage customer issues by coordinating with sales, deliveries, and other internal teams.
• Work together with after-sales service and spare parts teams to ensure smooth solutions and customer satisfaction.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has relevant post-secondary education in finance or logistics.
• Has experience in customer service and ERP systems like SAP and Microsoft, or has held a similar role previously.
• Is a driven and curious person who takes pride in your engagement and delivering results for the customer.
• Speaks Swedish and English fluently. This is required for internal and external collaborations.

It is an advantage if you have experience in the role of Order Management Specialist and SAP.
