About the position:

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of the company and play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience. You will work with order reception, answer incoming calls, and be an active part of the daily customer work. We are primarily looking for customer service representatives who speak either Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish.

Your responsibilities:

  • Order reception via phone and email.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide support before, during, and after an order.
  • Manage and follow up on customer cases.
  • Be the face of the company and represent it in the best way during interactions with customers.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in customer service or similar work.
  • Is solution-oriented and has a positive attitude.
  • Is communicative, both verbally and in writing.
  • Has a high level of service and enjoys helping customers.
  • Has good computer skills and preferably experience working with various systems.

Working hours:

Daytime Monday-Friday

Start date:

Immediately or by agreement. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application period ends.
