Interim Accountant Needed in Eskilstuna

About the role as interim accountant:

As an accountant with us at Jefferson Wells, working with our client in Eskilstuna, you will play a central role in the company's financial reporting and analysis. You will work with weekly and monthly sales reporting as well as monthly income statements and balance sheets including OneStream reporting. You will also handle IFRS lease reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, internal reconciliations, and re-billings, as well as local statutory reports and audits.

Common Tasks:

• Weekly and monthly sales reporting.
• Monthly income statements and balance sheets (including disclosure forms) OneStream reporting.
• Monthly analytical review of financial results.
• IFRS lease reporting.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Internal reconciliations and re-billings.
• Handling of local statutory reports/audits.
• All local reporting including: VAT, social fees, EU sales reports, Intrastat, statistical reports.
• Practical control of accounting.
• Other ad hoc tasks as needed.

You should be a fully qualified accountant, but strongly part-qualified candidates may also be considered. To succeed in the role, you need to have a hands-on mentality and the ability to establish good working relationships within the organization.

• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fully qualified accountant (a strong part-qualified accountant may also be considered).
• Good Excel skills (e.g., lookups, pivot tables).
• Ability to work flexibly to meet strict monthly and year-end closing deadlines.
