We have long experience working with people who are a bit distant from the labor market and need support, motivational efforts, and increased knowledge of how the labor market works to take the step back into working life again.

Job Responsibilities

You will work with group activities, as well as a supervisor in the service Step to Work and also in our other services such as Prepare and Match, among others.

In your work, you will meet participants on their way into or back to working life. Through guidance, individual conversations, and workshops, you will motivate and engage the participants. You will practically assist with guidance and coaching of our participants in their own work in our premises. Your goal is for our participants to have a meaningful time with us and develop positively in their goals to approach the labor market.

Accepta We have independent branches throughout Sweden, and with us in Eskilstuna, you will become part of a group of other happy coaches and occupational therapists. Right now, we have a lot to do, which is why we are looking for you. For your part, this means that you need to be self-driven, structured, quick to learn, and action-oriented.

We want you to be passionate about service and people since you will meet all types of individuals from different backgrounds who want help and support to move forward in their job search. You have the ability to create and develop relationships with people, both participants and employers.

We consider it highly meritorious if you have documented experience as a job consultant, career coaching, or from recruitment or study and career guidance.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

Education: At least 120 higher education credits (80 credits according to the previous system) in the areas of;

Working life, organization and personnel work, study and career guidance, business economics, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy or social work education.

ALTERNATIVELY

Work Experience: At least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in the following profession or work tasks

Management with personnel responsibility, Recruitment & staffing, Transition work for job seekers, Study and career guidance, Handling in personnel matters (not just personnel administration), Work with labor and labor market issues, Work with social and group psychology, Career guidance

Meritorious;

Competence in pedagogy or similar.

Experience in career coaching, recruitment.

Competence as a job consultant/supervisor/team leader.

Other language skills in addition to very good Swedish and English.

Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
