Do you enjoy meeting customers and excel at providing service? Are you curious, a quick learner, and want to work in a fun team? Then this summer job might be for you! We are looking for 3 customer service representatives for our customer service department.

You will replace our regular staff during their vacation and take over parts of their regular duties.

Kfast is Eskilstuna's largest property company. We focus heavily on urban development, sustainability, social engagement, and innovative property solutions for all of Eskilstuna. With us, you will truly have the opportunity to develop and learn new things. Our customer center is located on the ground floor of Kfast's headquarters, Munktelltorget 2.

Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you have a central role where you primarily work with customer contact via phone and email. A large part of the job involves registering cases and fault reports that come in via phone, as well as handling incoming emails. You also register work orders in our property system to ensure that cases are handled efficiently.

In addition to daily communication via phone and email, you will also meet customers in person, both at scheduled meetings and unscheduled visits in our Bobutik. If needed, you will conduct viewings of available apartments and be responsible for handling and registering keys. You also have some administrative tasks related to rentals, such as handling apartment terminations and answering simpler questions about our housing queue. Processing rental and termination cases is also part of your role.

Qualifications

You are quick to learn new data systems and are an experienced user of Office programs. You can express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. It is certainly a plus if you have previously worked as a property manager, housing manager, or rental agent and are familiar with a property system, such as Fast2. A valid driver's license (B) and good driving experience are required for these positions.

You will be our face to the public and part of Kfast's brand as a property company. You will have many social contacts with our tenants and internal staff. Therefore, we want you to excel in customer service and interaction. Since you will need to quickly replace regular staff, it is essential that you are curious, a fast learner, and can work independently. You appreciate order and structure and enjoy working collaboratively in a team.

Working hours are 7-15 or 8-16, approximately 35 hours/week. We would like you to be available to work between June 16 and August 8.
