Werksta Eskilstuna is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to complement our dynamic team. As a Claims Adjuster with us, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient damage assessment and customer satisfaction.

Who are you? - Claims Adjuster in Eskilstuna

We are looking for someone with solid experience in damage assessment and a keen eye for detail. You are customer-focused and have a desire to deliver the highest quality in everything you do.

• Professional experience in claims adjustment and damage management.
• Ability to work meticulously and make accurate damage assessments.
• Good communication skills and the ability to maintain transparent dialogues with customers and colleagues.
• Administrative skills and experience using computer-based systems.
• Driving license (B) is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities - Your role as a Claims Adjuster

• Conduct detailed damage analyses and calculations for vehicle repairs.
• Prepare and adjust calculations after discussions with customers and insurance companies.
• Collaborate with workshop staff to ensure quality of work performed.
• Update and monitor all relevant data and documentation in our system.
• Act as a liaison between the workshop and the customer during the claims process.
