Women's Clinic in Nyköping

We are looking for a staff member for our administrative unit. Are you a medical secretary/healthcare administrator and want to work with us?

About us

With us, midwives, nurses, urotherapists, doctors, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries work together. The clinic consists of many different units in both outpatient and inpatient care.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will largely consist of the usual tasks of a medical secretary. We currently use NCS cross and will transition to Cosmic in the fall of 2025. We work in several different IT-based systems, national quality registers, Tele-Q, etc.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary/healthcare administrator with good knowledge of terminology and the Swedish language. Experience with Cosmic and speech recognition systems is an advantage.

We value qualities such as a positive attitude, commitment, flexibility, service-mindedness, and a good approach. You have a professional working style and find it easy to organize your work. You enjoy collaborating with others while also taking personal responsibility. There is an opportunity for some of the work to be done remotely.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Employment form

Permanent employment with start date according to agreement.
