The Student Center provides information, service, advice, and support to the university's students. The section is responsible for the student square, study guidance, student health, the student ombudsman, and coordination for students with disabilities.

Job Responsibilities

At the Student Square, you will work as the university's face to the outside world. You provide service and answer questions at our information desk, by phone, and via email in our case management system. You meet our visitors and assist them with exam distribution, education-related information, and service in many areas in both Swedish and English. You perform your work in contact with the academies and teaching staff, the library, and other parts of operational support.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you need to have experience from your own academic studies as well as work experience from the education sector or similar work in another service or service sector.

Meritorious

The following knowledge and qualities are meritorious:

Very good knowledge of digital communication and digital tools.
Good understanding of how work is conducted in a government agency.
Good understanding of the needs of different student groups (international students, doctoral students)
