Your role

As a car rental agent, you will manage our customers' rental car experience from booking and pickup to return, as well as handling follow-ups and incoming inquiries.

Your tasks

• Customer meetings over the counter, via phone, and email.
• Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.

• We are looking for summer staff for our station in Nyköping.

About you

• Trustworthy.
• You are available to work 100% from mid-June to the end of August.

• Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and positive attitude.
• If you are studying, we prefer that you study at one of the universities in the Stockholm area, as we will need extra staff on certain weekends during the semester.

You have

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Good computer skills.

About the employer

Sixt rent a car was started in Munich by the Sixt family in 1912. Sixt went public in the mid-1980s and became a market leader in several European countries, especially in Germany. Sixt is still owned by the Sixt family and is currently run by Erik and Regine Sixt's two sons, Alexander and Konstantin Sixt.
