Key Account Manager
JTEKT Column Systems is continuing to perform well and is in an expansion phase. To meet the increased demand for our products and solutions, we are now looking for an additional Key Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
Your main areas of responsibility will include:
- Being our primary representative towards customers and ensuring that their expectations and requirements are met.
- Managing the entire sales process from start to finish and developing long-term business relationships.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Leading business projects and coordinating internal and external resources to achieve set goals.
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has/is:
- A minimum of a 3-year university degree in engineering and/or business.
- At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Technical competence and understanding of business and market economics.
- Experience in sales and/or purchasing as well as negotiation techniques in an international environment, preferably with project management experience.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
- Good IT skills within the Office suite and experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- A family situation that allows for travel both within Sweden and abroad.
