Dentsply Sirona has a unique position in dentistry, and we are proud of our continuous development of innovative solutions that span many different therapies, materials, and IT solutions. Our ongoing product development continues to intensify with new solutions that mean better and faster dental care.
We are now looking for a Product Specialist in Consumables, Orthodontics, and Intraoral Scanners. Someone who thrives in a sales role and has a burning commitment to establish new contacts and create long-term relationships with customers. You will have regional sales responsibility for our product portfolio within your therapy area and will be part of a team of eight employees. The work consists of both physical meetings at dental clinics and meetings via various digital platforms.
The position is located in the Central Region, which includes Östergötland, Sörmland, Västermanland, Dalarna, and Värmland. A suitable location for this role is Örebro, Eskilstuna, or Västerås.
This position involves a fair amount of travel, and we estimate that the number of overnight stays will be about 20 per year.
As a Product Specialist, you will be part of our Nordic sales organization. In addition to the Consumables business area (restorative and endodontics) and Orthodontics, Dentsply Sirona has three additional sales teams that will work alongside you. Our other product areas are CTS, Digital Lab, and Clinic as well as Implants. Since several of our products are closely linked to each other, you will have close communication with other sales teams as well.
As a Product Specialist with us, you will:
- Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers in your district
- Understand customer needs and sell appropriate products, solutions, and services to achieve individual sales targets.
- Conduct customer activities such as corporate and product presentations and practical product walkthroughs.
- Maintain regular contact with potential customers; develop and implement creative activities aimed at increasing the customer base as well as sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the industry.
- Study and stay updated on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitors, and apply this knowledge to your strategies and tactics for developing your business.
- Participate in international, national, and local fairs and corporate meetings
- Map, plan, and follow up on your sales work through our CRM system (Salesforce.com) – which is also an important platform for collaboration with other business areas within Dentsply Sirona.
Who are you?

In addition, you like giving presentations and educating your customer group. As a person, you are solution-oriented, trustworthy, take responsibility, and meet customers and colleagues with positive energy. You are used to structuring your workday effectively, have a positive attitude, and understand and appreciate the value of being part of a dedicated team where everyone supports each other.
Previous sales experience from the dental industry is an advantage. We prefer that you have a background as a dental nurse or dental hygienist. Additionally, you need basic IT skills, a driver's license, and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
