Professionals Nord is seeking a project administrator on behalf of Skanska. The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Skanska for 1.5 years. For the right person, there are good opportunities to eventually become directly employed by them, provided that the collaboration works well for all parties.

• Be responsible for documentation in the form of meeting minutes, meeting invitations, and training logs
• Administer and follow up on changes in relevant systems
• Handle supplier and customer invoices
• Manage access and security procedures
• Plan and coordinate communication with third parties.

• Has an economic background and previous experience working with supplier and customer invoices or similar administrative tasks
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as basic skills in English.
• Has a B driver's license, as the role requires presence on-site in Boden.

We see it as an advantage if you live in or near Boden and can start working immediately.
