At LTU Business, you will work at the forefront of innovation at northern Sweden's largest business development company – for over 40 years.

Your Role with Us

As a business developer focusing on innovation, you will:

• Help startups, companies, and researchers move from idea to commercial success by validating markets, developing strategies, and identifying business opportunities.
• Lead and execute business development projects where you map customer needs, competitive landscape, and commercialization potential.
• Develop strategies and business models for products and services across various industries.
• Collaborate with researchers, companies, and public actors to drive innovation projects and market introductions.
• Contribute to the development of LTU Business by further developing methods and processes in market validation and commercialization.

Who Are You?

We believe you have:

• An academic degree, preferably in technology, economics, or innovation.
• Experience in business development, market validation, and/or commercialization of products and services.
• A strategic understanding of business processes and how to build sustainable business models.
• An analytical approach to work and the ability to translate market insights into concrete strategies.
• An interest in new technologies and innovation, as well as the ability to see business opportunities in technical solutions.
• Experience working with startups, industrial companies, academic innovation projects, export, and internationalization is a plus.
• Experience in the mining industry is a plus.
