We are looking for an Accounting Consultant to join our friendly Ekim team!
Or a “personal trainer in finance,” as we like to say.
About the company:
Ekonomikonsult in Malmfälten is a consulting and accounting firm that has been around since 2016. We primarily operate locally in Gällivare, where most of our clients are located. We are situated in nice premises in the center and currently have five employees, and we now need to strengthen our team with one more member.
Engagement is an important guiding principle for us, which means that we want the best for our clients and actively support and coach them in both good and challenging times. It also means that we are generous with our knowledge and always take the time to help each other, even if it takes a little extra time. It should be easy and pleasant for everyone to come into our office, and we cherish our welcoming atmosphere where a cheerful hello is the first thing you encounter. About the role
You will work with various clients, business forms, and industries. The foundation of the position is business economic consulting, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll management, and customer contacts. The goal is for you to have your own client responsibility, of course with support from the rest of us at the firm.
Your competence
To thrive in this role, you need to have a financial mindset, be able to structure and plan your work, be flexible as clients and industries differ, have analytical skills, and be open to change and willing to develop, especially in the digital area. Of course, you should enjoy meeting our clients.
You preferably have post-secondary education in finance and/or a few years of experience in the finance field, preferably with similar tasks, so you know what it entails. However, we also offer great opportunities for support, development, and training. We want to hire our next star and are ready to invest in you!
Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but if you do not speak perfect Swedish, that is perfectly fine.
