About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment, with the possibility to work only during the summer or long-term. You will initially be employed by Bravura, where it is stated that the company intends to offer you employment with them in the long run. About the company

We currently have a high demand for customer service representatives, and we want to proactively present candidates to our clients at short notice. After an interview with Bravura, we will quickly be able to match you with a suitable assignment.

Job responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you are responsible for the first customer contact via incoming calls and assist customers with questions of both practical and technical nature. During the calls, you perform a needs analysis and inform your customer about the company's service offerings to deliver the best possible solution. You work with service and upselling to provide the customer with the right information to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will always be offered solid introduction and training as well as continued ongoing dialogue with your immediate manager at both the company and Bravura to ensure your well-being and development! Main job responsibilities: • Incoming calls from customers • Present solutions to customers' questions and problems • Collaborate with colleagues and develop together

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• High school education • Good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English • Experience in customer service is an advantage In the role of customer service representative, your sense of service is important along with the willingness and ability to deliver solutions based on customers' needs. You have good communication skills and are attentive and empathetic in your interactions with customers. The role requires you to take personal responsibility for driving your work forward. The job involves a varied pace of work towards set goals where you have the ambition to develop.

Start: April/May/June Location: Luleå Salary: According to agreement
