Job Description & Offer
Do you have experience in relationship-based sales and want to work with products that have a strong environmental profile and are at the forefront of technology? Then the position of Regional Sales Representative at Bioteria might be the right job for you!
With us, you will work in a consultative sales role with longer sales cycles where we help property owners and operators transition to environmentally friendly and profitable biotechnology. We sell biotechnical system solutions with a strong environmental profile in grease separation, commercial kitchen ventilation, and waste management.
In your role, you will work with multiple points of contact where, in addition to the end customer, you will also engage with consultants, architects, builders, and subcontractors. Your customers will be located in the Northern region (Umeå and north).
In a time where the environment is a major focus, you will represent a company that has introduced a completely new technology that makes a significant difference for its customers, the environment, and society. You will have the chance to work in a free role with a lot of personal responsibility, a secure fixed salary, a company car, and other good conditions clearly above standard.
The position will involve a lot of personal responsibility, but you will never feel alone. At Bioteria, we work closely together and prioritize the team over the individual. You will have a close collaboration with the Sales Manager and Regional Technician where you share a common responsibility for nurturing existing customer relationships.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who currently creates business with companies where you have contact with multiple decision-makers. You sell a portfolio of products and/or services where you are challenged daily by customers who have high demands for competence and business acumen.
We place great importance on your personal qualities, where it is important that you have a strong business focus, are trustworthy, and have the ability to create good and long-term business relationships with your customers.
We would prefer if you have a background in sports or community life. Tell us what activity you have practiced, how it has shaped you as a person, and how you believe this affects you in a role as a Salesperson.
If you have experience from industries within real estate, plumbing, or construction, this is a merit but not a requirement.
