About the Position
As the Marketing Manager with us, you will play a central role in developing and implementing our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on marketing activities, working with both digital and traditional channels. You will work closely with the sales department and be a key person in strengthening our brand and our relationship with customers and partners. Your tasks will include:
- Creating and publishing content for our digital channels, including social media, website, and direct marketing
- Managing and optimizing paid advertising in Business Suite and LinkedIn
- Updating and maintaining the website
- Producing and editing image and video material
- Planning, structuring, and executing marketing campaigns and events
- Developing marketing materials and ensuring high quality
- Analyzing marketing efforts and suggesting improvements
- Collaborating with external partners and suppliers
You will be the expert in the field, which means you likely have more ideas on how we should work to strengthen our local business and market position.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for a structured, flexible, and solution-oriented person with an eye for detail and a sense of color and form. You are self-driven, seeing what needs to be done and coming up with your own ideas and taking initiative. You enjoy working independently as well as collaborating with colleagues. You put the team before yourself and are unpretentious in your work.
Qualifications
- Education in marketing and communication
- At least 5 years of work experience in similar roles
- Experience in digital marketing and social media
- Skilled in writing and communicating in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Documented experience in creating and managing marketing materials
- Good knowledge of digital tools such as Business Suite, LinkedIn, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to photograph and produce moving material
- Experience in organizing and project managing events
We place great importance on personal suitability.
A valid driver's license (B) is required as travel to our locations is necessary.

Location: Luleå or Skellefteå
