In the Nordics, Avolta offers tax-free sales under the Dufry brand with 16 stores at Swedish airports and 14 stores at Helsinki Airport, Finland. Under the HMSHost umbrella, we will operate 13 restaurants and cafes at Arlanda Airport, Sweden, and 16 restaurants and cafes at Helsinki Airport, Finland.

We are now looking for sales associates who can work approximately 7 hours/week at our fine tax-free store at Luleå Airport. If you love sales and personal customer interaction, you have come to the right place! In close collaboration with your team, you will stimulate sales by providing world-class service.

About the role

The role of a sales associate involves contributing to the shopping experience by exceeding customer expectations. Cash handling, professionalism, and pace are also important. You will also work with restocking merchandise and keeping the store organized - all to create an inspiring store environment.

Who are you?

• have a strong sense of service and find it easy to connect with new people
• thrive in a fast-paced international environment
• have a successful track record in sales and service as well as customer interaction
• are at least 20 years old, due to alcohol sales in our store
• have a driver's license and access to a car, to be able to travel to and from the airport at all times of the day
• can express yourself well in both spoken and written English as well as Swedish
• have Swedish citizenship or permanent residency
• are law-abiding and without a criminal record

As a person, you need to have a strong sense of service and be both engaged and proactive. You are curious and want to sell by having good product knowledge.

About the position

This is a temporary position distributed over all days of the week, early mornings, and late evenings. You need to be able to travel to and from the airport by car at virtually all hours, as our operations are open most of the day, 365 days a year.

The work takes place in a security-classified area, and therefore security is a high priority. We conduct a security check before making a hiring decision. More information about what a security check entails can be found here.
