Your Role

As the Production Manager for fire safety, you have overall responsibility for the systematic fire protection work within the Svappavaara operational area. Together with two colleagues, you will ensure that our properties and facilities meet legal requirements and internal standards for fire and evacuation safety. You will act as support to the organization in fire protection and crisis preparedness issues and will also be the contact person for supervisory authorities, insurance companies, and the responsible person for flammable goods.

The role also involves coordinating training in areas such as fire safety and hot work, participating in cross-regional subject area groups, and contributing to the development of the fire protection organization. You will be part of the management team for Technical and Property Services and will also have budget responsibility related to the area.

What You Bring

To thrive and succeed in this role, you are structured and have a good ability to create order and clarity even in complex matters. You are confident in your communication and find it easy to collaborate, both internally with the organization and externally with authorities, insurance companies, and emergency services. We also see that you have a strong personal drive and a desire to develop the work in the area.

In addition, you have:

• Professional background in fire safety
• High school diploma, preferably post-secondary education in fire safety
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Driving license B

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in managerial or leadership roles
