About the Position

As a customer service representative, you will navigate the high pace of the summer season, create work orders, book inspections, and communicate with real estate agents. You will be a key player in our dynamic team where you can make a difference every day! You will work administratively and use various data systems to document cases and ensure that customers receive the right help.

• The assignment is a temporary position that lasts from week 25 to 31, with a possibility of an earlier start.

About You

We especially welcome you with good knowledge in administration, feedback, and customer support to apply for the position, and we also appreciate if you have experience working in service, administrative tasks, and customer service. If you have experience in similar work and are proficient in other languages besides Swedish and English, we consider that an advantage. We highly value personal qualities and are looking for someone who is motivated and has a strong desire to learn. These qualities are crucial for succeeding in the role with us.

Formal Competence
