Job Advertisement: Sales Representative at Bokadirekt

Bokadirekt is Sweden's largest app and marketplace for booking primarily beauty and health services. With more than 20,000 connected specialists across the country, they make almost all salons and clinics in Sweden bookable in one place, including hairdressers, masseurs, podiatrists, beauty salons, chiropractors, and much more.

In this role, you will build relationships, drive conversations, and be a key person in our team.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Conducting cold calls to potential customers.
• Presenting and selling our products/services in an engaging manner, focusing on the customer's needs and solutions.
• Building and developing customer relationships over the phone, creating trust and long-term collaborations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to quickly capture the customer's interest and maintain their attention.
• Skilled at reading the customer's tone and adapting the conversation.
• Can articulate clearly and build trust quickly.
• Goal-oriented, disciplined, and focused on numbers.
• Strong arguments and techniques to handle objections smoothly and not give up at a no.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day from 8 AM to 5 PM. Bokadirekt's office is located at Torpslingan in Luleå.
