We are Northern Sweden's leading dealer of Volvo, Renault, Dacia, Ford, as well as used cars, selling a total of 9,000 cars per year. We sell passenger cars and commercial vehicles, have a car rental business, workshops, tire hotels, offer refueling and washing, and have well-stocked auto parts stores. Job Description

Are you interested in working in a varied role where you, together with friendly colleagues, become the face of Bilbolaget and ensure that our customers receive world-class service? Then you are the one we are looking for to fill the position of employee in the Service Center at Bilbolaget in Piteå!

The first thing our customers encounter when they enter our premises at Bilbolaget is the Service Center. Therefore, we place great importance on ensuring that all our customers who call in or visit the facility are greeted in a friendly and professional manner. Your role with us will be incredibly important as satisfied customers are the best we know!

Responsibilities

As an employee in the Service Center, your days will be varied and fast-paced. Examples of tasks include:

• Selling spare parts over the counter for Volvo, Ford, Renault & Dacia, to both private and business customers
• Responding to emails and phone calls regarding spare parts sales and general inquiries such as Volvo on Call and Carpay cards/apps
• Receiving and handling auto parts
• Welcoming customers who come into Bilbolaget & directing them to the respective department.
• Picking parts for the workshop & damage repair shop

We are looking for someone who is a positive, open, structured, and sales-oriented person who enjoys contacting customers and understands the importance of making a good impression. Communication skills and quality awareness are essential for success with us. You have good computer skills and solid knowledge of the Office suite and are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We also welcome candidates with previous experience in the automotive industry, but this is not a requirement for the position.
