With 1300 employees and 130 offices across the country, Ludvig & Co is Sweden's largest accounting firm. Focusing on small business owners, Ludvig & Co helps entrepreneurs daily with everything from ongoing bookkeeping, accounting, and annual reports, to payroll administration and invoicing.
The office in Luleå is currently facing an exciting growth phase and needs to expand the team with an experienced financial advisor. As a financial advisor at Ludvig & Co, you have a great opportunity to influence and shape your role independently. Together with your immediate manager, you will agree on a suitable introduction and development plan tailored to your ambitions.

Job Responsibilities
At Ludvig & Co, you will have a free and flexible workday where you work closely with the company's clients providing qualified advice and helping them develop their businesses.
Your tasks will include:
- Ongoing consultation, tax declaration, and annual reports, preparation and review of financial statements, and forecasting
- Project responsibility and client responsibility
- Training and mentoring for the above-mentioned tasks for other employees
- Streamlining assignments and work distribution together with the nearest business manager
- Participating in development work for the local office

You will work daytime Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 with the possibility of flexible hours.
We are looking for you who
- Has an academic or YH education in Economics
- Has work experience in Economics (either as a consultant or in an accounting department)
We also believe that your personal qualities are important for thriving in the role. As a financial advisor at Ludvig & Co, we see that you are a natural team player who enjoys collaborating with others. You are business-minded and trustworthy with an interest in building long-term relationships.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if you are an authorized accounting consultant or have experience in financial management, business development, or tax advisory, but it is not a requirement for the position.
