Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, service-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic work environment. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required. We see that you possess qualities such as:

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic knowledge of English
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems

Meritorious

• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience in administration or support
• Knowledge of various customer service systems

Working Hours: Varied working hours: Day, evening, and weekends

Scope: Temporary employment with the possibility of extension
