We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a medical secretary, with good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team. You are flexible and can quickly adapt to changing tasks and conditions. Clear communication is important to us, and we are looking for someone who can convey information in a clear and understandable way. You are structured and have the ability to organize and prioritize your work effectively. We also see that you are self-driven and can work independently.

This is what you will work with

As a medical secretary, you have a varied job content and are an important resource for the entire health center. We offer a developing and stimulating job with personal responsibility. You will provide administrative support to the operations, including writing medical records in Cosmic. You will also be responsible for calling patients from the waiting list. Reception/cash work occurs during breaks and when the regular receptionist is absent. You will collaborate with healthcare staff and other medical secretaries. As a new employee, you will receive an introduction to ensure you have a good foundation to understand the work in our operations.

Laponia Health Center is one of Region Norrbotten's health centers. Here, there are specialist doctors in general medicine, ST doctors, district nurses, reception nurses, diabetes nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, CBT therapists, social workers, as well as maternal and child health care. There is a joint youth clinic in Gällivare. The hospital's premises also have a shared light therapy. Currently, we have about 9500 listed patients and 40 employees.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position during the day. Start date according to agreement.
Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
