We are now looking for two dedicated project controllers who want to strengthen our research activities through qualified financial work. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for budgeting, accounting, and follow-up of research projects – from planning to reporting to funders. You will work closely with researchers and project leaders on financial calculations in research applications, forecasts, and reports. You will monitor project finances, present decision-making materials, and contribute to the development of routines together with other project controllers. You will be part of our administrative unit that works with financial, educational, and departmental support.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in economics at the university level, preferably with a focus on accounting
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
Experience in accounting or project accounting (meritorious)
An analytical, structured, and proactive working style
Ability to collaborate, provide good service, and present financial information clearly

Scope and Location

We are looking for two project controllers for permanent full-time positions in Luleå. The positions are permanent employment within the department of operational support and imply that you can work at one or more institutions. You also have the opportunity for remote work up to 40%. A probationary period may apply.
