The Economic Support Unit of Region Norrbotten provides management and operational support regarding processing, transaction management, and user support within economic and operational governance processes. We are looking for

Are you passionate about development and service in economic matters together with other competent colleagues? Then we have the role for you at Region Norrbotten as we are now looking for two economic assistants.

For the role, we see that you have the following qualifications: Secondary education with an economic focus or equivalent, good computer skills/experience with digital tools, and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience as an AI user is an advantage.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. As a person, you are service-oriented and solution-focused and can judiciously translate information and guidelines into practical action with a holistic view for the unit, the finance function, and Region Norrbotten as a starting point. Furthermore, you are proactive, have good collaboration skills, and possess pedagogical insight where you adapt the way you convey your message to the recipient. You have a conscious goal- and result-oriented mindset in planning, prioritization, and actions. Can change direction when goals change. You can handle complex issues. Analyzes and solves complicated problems.

This is what you will work with

As an economic assistant within economic support, you will handle invoices, payments, grant applications, and accounting. The position includes user support within the economic processes to both other employees within the organization as well as patients and citizens. User support may include answering questions via phone or conducting training sessions. We are constantly seeking to develop our working methods for the best of citizens and are at a stage where the digitalization of processes is highly relevant. Experience/competence and interest in digital tools and methods are therefore advantageous. The ability to adapt to new working methods is a requirement.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday - Friday. Start date according to agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
