We are looking for

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary, doctor’s secretary, or healthcare administrator. Knowledge of the Cosmic journal system is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. As a person, you are structured, communicative, and service-oriented. You value and see the benefits of collaboration with others.

What you will work with

You will work with patient documentation, journal management, mail handling, and assisting other staff at the clinic. We are a regional clinic with operations in several locations in the county and are part of the Eye/Ear/Nose/Throat/Oral Surgery area. We are looking for someone who feels a commitment to drive the operations forward together with us. Our workgroup exists throughout the county as a team; we support each other with any questions or concerns, as well as during vacations or other absences.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position during daytime hours. Start date by agreement. Preferred placement location between Gällivare/Piteå/Sunderbyn.

Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
