The Mission of the Social Administration

The mission of the Social Administration is to meet people's needs for security. The administration shall ensure that the municipality's residents receive social care in various forms, with a special responsibility to safeguard the needs and interests of vulnerable groups. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of operations planner, you primarily work with planning the users' daily visits. As an operations planner, you work in the planning tool Combine planning, where Bank ID is a must for login, where you build visit plans based on approved assistance measures and implementation plans to meet the individual needs of users. You work with staffing during short-term absences and maintain contact with users, relatives, and staff. A large part of the job involves collaboration and cooperation both internally and externally to achieve the best possible quality for our users and staff. The position also includes some budget responsibility.

The work is daytime, Monday - Friday, 06:30-15:30 with flexible hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with good collaboration and communication skills, who can work independently and is flexible. Familiar with working towards goals and understands the relationship between the various components that home support is governed by: users, staff, operations, and finances. We see that you have the user's services, participation, and care at the center.

Experience with administrative tasks is desirable. You have good computer skills and the ability to work in several different data systems. Documentation is a central task, and you express yourself well in both speech and writing. You have a high school education or work experience that the employer deems appropriate. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

It is an advantage if you can speak Finnish, Meänkieli, or Sámi.
