Process Leader for Innovation and Collaboration

Location: Luleå or Skellefteå

We are looking for a driven process leader and facilitator who wants to drive innovation, promote collaboration, and create change.

You will work closely with companies, researchers, and public actors to create long-term value and sustainable results. Your Role with Us

As a process leader for innovation and collaboration at LTU Business, you will be part of a dynamic team consisting of both experienced experts and talents at the beginning of their careers. Together, we work to build long-term relationships with our clients by identifying needs, challenging their mindsets, and creating change that leads to sustainable solutions and positive effects over time.

You will have the opportunity to work with a broad portfolio of projects, from regional development initiatives to shorter commercial assignments. In most cases, your role will involve some form of process leadership and workshop facilitation focused on identifying challenges, creating consensus, and developing new solutions.

• Lead workshops and processes using design-driven methods such as service design and design thinking to create engagement and participation.
• Facilitate collaboration initiatives between companies, researchers, and public organizations to ensure cooperation and joint development.
• Transform insights from workshops into strategic documents, such as business opportunities, process improvements, and innovation plans.
• Conduct analyses, environmental scans, and feasibility studies to identify new trends and opportunities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is experienced in process leadership and facilitation, capable of leading everything from small group exercises to larger workshops.
• Has an academic degree, for example in industrial economics, economics, service design, information systems, or similar.
• Has a design-driven approach to challenges and can use methods from service design to create structure and creativity in groups.
• Is accustomed to collaborating with actors from different sectors and building long-term relationships.
• Is analytical and strategic, with the ability to create value from insights and identified needs.
