Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, service-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic work environment. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not a requirement. We see that you possess qualities such as:

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of English
• Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems

Meritorious

• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience in administration or support
• Knowledge of various customer service systems

Location: Piteå

Working Hours: Varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

Scope: Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension
