We are now looking for a sales-oriented and passionate leader for our store in Kiruna, who, in close collaboration with the store manager, aims to always exceed our customers' expectations of their shopping experience. The position is permanent at 80%, and you are expected to work both daytime and some evenings and weekends.

The role of Salesperson at Intersport is a varied, exciting, and above all, crucial role for our continued success! Skilled and engaged Salespeople are what make customers want to return to us, time and time again. Sales with us means being attentive, being active in customer meetings, focusing on creating an inspiring customer experience, and personal holistic sales with the best solutions!

Your extended responsibilities as a Personal Sales Leader include, among other things:

• Together with the Store Manager, create the best conditions for the store and its salespeople to achieve their key figures.
• Lead by example and drive sales.
• Drive key performance goals.
• Together with the Store Manager: Be involved in the planning and implementation of the introduction of new employees and interns and provide input on the store's competence development.
• Plan for the store's appearance, layout, and structure and be involved in and lead larger changes and store projects.
• Ensure that various campaigns, advertisements, and activities are activated in the store.
• In the absence of the Store Manager (weekends, vacations, etc.), act as the deputy Store Manager and be ultimately responsible for the operational activities in their absence.

What we expect from you

Intersport breathes sports and challenges, which is why we hope that you, as a Personal Sales Leader, do the same. We are looking for a driven salesperson with a burning interest in sports and people. We hope that you have previously worked in retail, and if you also have experience in sports or textile retail, that is a plus.

As a Sales Leader, it is important that you are attentive, empathetic, and unpretentious, and can create an atmosphere where employees thrive, develop, and function as a team in a customer-oriented environment.

You are a natural team leader who takes initiative and easily motivates and inspires your employees as you set goals for both the business and your team members.
