Customer Service Representative Wanted at Ragn-Sells

We are looking for a student with experience in customer service. We also see that you are stress-resistant, structured, and enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously!

Ragn-Sells, one of Sweden's leading companies in recycling and the environment, is now seeking a customer service representative to strengthen their team during the summer. Here you will have the chance to work for an innovative company that makes a difference for the environment while developing your own skills in customer service.

Your tasks will include:

• Receiving and registering customer orders.
• Managing and coordinating customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Assisting and answering questions about the company's services.
• Administering and pricing orders, as well as handling complaints.
• Working with both non-hazardous and hazardous waste as well as water and sewage.

The position means that you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but work at Ragn-Sells at their office in Kallhäll. The position is part-time during the semester, where you will work 2-3 days a week, and during the summer, you will work full-time (from the beginning of June to the end of August). Please note that time off is not possible during weeks 26-30.

The position is expected to start immediately and extend until the end of August 2025, with some possibility of extension. Working hours are weekdays (Monday-Friday) and vary between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• We are looking for someone studying a post-secondary education of at least 50% and has at least one year left of their studies.
• We see that you have experience working in customer service or customer support previously.
• You are stress-resistant, independent, structured, and service-oriented.
• You have good computer skills and enjoy working over the phone while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• The role requires you to speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
