ABOUT THE POSITION

As a student in Customer Operations, you will work in several departments at Entercard. During the summer, you will start in Collections, and afterwards, there is an opportunity to support other departments such as Application Handling, customer service, and Fraud.

During the summer, you will work as a claims handler in the Collections department, which contacts customers who are late with payments. Collections offers a service in the form of reminders via phone, where you and the customer create a payment plan together. The team consists of a wonderful group of about 17 full-time employees and about 4 part-time employees. The team enjoys working together, supports and encourages each other, and has good cohesion. The office is newly renovated, modern, and located in central Stockholm.

This is a long-term part-time job. You will work up to full-time in the summer, with the possibility of working extra in the fall and beyond as needed. Start is immediate/according to agreement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As an employee in customer operations, you will have varying tasks depending on which department you support. This summer you will:

• Work in Collections. Handle incoming and make outgoing calls to customers where you together create a payment plan. You will also answer questions about bills, reminders, and account statements.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the above.
• Collaborate with other internal functions.
• Handle other customer service matters via phone and email.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying at a post-secondary level and has at least 1 year left of your studies.
• Has an interest in working with service.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work.
• Has some previous work experience.

Meritorious

• Previous experience using the phone as the primary working tool.

The position is suitable for you who enjoy working with customer contact. Entercard is part of one of the largest banking groups in Sweden, so if you have an interest in the industry, it's a plus. As a person, you are service-oriented, communicative, and have good structure in your work. You are flexible and enjoy juggling many tasks at once. Furthermore, you are a team player with good collaboration skills.

Other information

• Start: immediate/according to agreement (latest beginning of June)
• Scope: During the summer, you will work up to full-time during weeks 27-31, and possibly weeks 25, 26, 32, and 33. You will receive a fixed summer schedule for the entire period.
• During the semesters, you will work as needed, averaging about four shifts per month, with some variation.
• Location: Central Stockholm. For this position, it is not possible to work from home.
• Other: For this assignment, we will request a criminal record extract and a credit report.
