Adwater AB is the largest producer of branded beverages in the promotional advertising industry in the Nordic region. Our production and office are located in Gustavsberg on Värmdö, and we also have showrooms in Stockholm, Oslo, and Helsinki. Our customers are spread throughout the Nordic countries. The company has experienced stable growth over the past five years, and we now need to hire a driven and responsible colleague for back-office.

We are looking for a flexible and responsible person who enjoys challenges, takes responsibility, and is solution-oriented. As the company aims to continue developing, the role may evolve over time, and there are opportunities to add interesting tasks for personal development.

Your primary responsibilities will be order reception and back-office, with a strong focus on assisting customers with proofs and sketches of labels, pricing, providing quotes, and guiding customers/partners via email and phone. There is also the possibility of being responsible for social media and creating newsletters.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.

Meritorious

Knowledge of Visma Administration 2000

Experience in the promotional industry

Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish.

In Gustavsberg on Värmdö where we have our office/production, as well as in central Stockholm on Barnhusgatan where we have a showroom.
