About the Role
As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), you will play a key role in driving new business sales for Leadoo, which is currently on an exciting journey to expand in Sweden. You will handle the initial phase of scouting the Swedish market, prospecting, pitching, and booking meetings for the Account Executive in your team. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop relevant campaigns for your target customers, who will most often be C-level executives.
The main responsibilities for this role will include:
- Prospecting: Research and identify B2B companies in Sweden that could benefit from Leadoo's services.
- Engagement: Reach out to potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and phone to initiate meaningful conversations and build relationships.
- Maintenance: Maintain and manage your prospect pipeline using a CRM system (HubSpot)
You will collaborate with colleagues both at the Stockholm office located in central Södermalm and at other European offices.
Who You Are
We believe you will thrive in this role if you have the following:
- At least a high school diploma
- Previous experience in an SDR role, preferably from a digital/tech company
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong interest in technology
- You are enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and organized
- You are comfortable with various types of outreach such as phone, email, video, and LinkedIn
- Experience with CRM and other sales automation/prospecting tools
