About the role of Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales of new business for Leadoo. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals, while working closely with the marketing and SDR teams to achieve sales targets at a national level. Fluency in Swedish and English is crucial for this role, as you will work closely with Swedish and international companies and present solutions in their preferred language.

  • You will manage your own time and collaborate with colleagues both at the Stockholm office in central Södermalm and at other European offices.
  • The main responsibilities for this role will include:
  • Proactively networking, prospecting, and reaching out to potential Swedish and international clients (including attending events).
  • Presenting the product to clients based on their specific business needs in fluent Swedish or English.
  • Maintaining and managing your pipeline using CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Achieving and exceeding your individual sales targets while supporting the team's goals.
  • Engaging prospects through calls, personalized pitch videos, LinkedIn connections, email campaigns, and live events.

Who you are

We believe you will thrive in this role if you have the following:

  • At least a high school diploma
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • You are comfortable with various types of communication channels such as phone, email, video, and LinkedIn
  • You are a self-starter with a hunger to show what you can do
  • You want to develop your career by working in sales towards B2B and B2C
  • You are enthusiastic and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and other sales automation/prospecting tools
  • It is a plus if you have: Knowledge of digital marketing or the SaaS landscape in Sweden
