ABOUT THE POSITION
Academic Work is looking for a driven and service-oriented customer service representative on behalf of our client. Our client is a well-known player in the fuel industry with stations around Sweden, whose goal is to become the most CO2-conscious fuel company in the industry with a focus on phasing out fossil fuels. Our client is on an exciting development journey that you will be part of!
You will be part of a wonderful and close-knit team of 5 colleagues handling corporate customers. Together, you will sit in an open landscape with other teams in the Customer Service Department. The office has modern and bright premises located 1 minute from the light rail. You will be offered a solid introduction at the start with a dedicated buddy. In the long run, there are development opportunities for those who show initiative.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming support cases from corporate customers via phone and email
- Handle inquiries regarding invoices, fuel, accounts and cards, error reports, and credit management
- Manage card applications in our client's system
- Close contact with adjacent teams and departments, including sales, accounts receivable, and credit teams
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has completed high school education
- Has relevant work experience in service and administration
- Has good system and data skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is meritorious if you have:
- Work experience with card transactions and payment flows
- Previous experience in customer service/support with phone and email as work tools
- Experience/knowledge in CRM systems, e.g., Salesforce
Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or being self-taught.
