Job Advertisement: Sales Representatives for Consulting Assignments

At Manpower, we are looking for two results-oriented and dedicated sales representatives for exciting consulting assignments with our client, one based in Gothenburg and one in Stockholm. About the Sales Role

As a sales representative for our client, you will have a central role in developing the sales of personal protective products such as respiratory protection, welding protection, and hearing protection. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with distributors' store staff, identifying training needs, and ensuring that the products are optimally displayed to maximize sales.

Common Tasks:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with store staff.
  • Support distributors in their sales efforts through training and coaching.
  • Communicate the value of the products through presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure that store staff are well-trained and familiar with the products.
  • Work on product placement in stores to optimize sales.

In this role, you will spend up to 90% of your time in the field/with customers in central and southern Sweden. The sales representative based in Gothenburg will work more in that region, while the sales representative based in Stockholm will work more in Stockholm/Mälardalen.

Who Are You?

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a driven, networking, and outgoing person, preferably with previous sales experience. You have a strong ability to create and maintain relationships and enjoy educating and guiding customers to the right solutions.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is excellent at building customer relationships and providing world-class service.
  • Has a good understanding of sales processes and business development.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Has good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Is self-motivated, results-oriented, and has a strong drive.
  • Is willing to travel within Stockholm/Mälardalen (up to 90% of the time).
  • Has a driver's license and own car.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in sales, preferably within industrial or protective products.
  • Experience using personal protective products.
  • Experience working in a technical or engineering-related environment.
